The Role

We're seeking a passionate, biblically-grounded pastor who will:

• Provide spiritual leadership and vision for our congregation

• Deliver engaging, expository sermons rooted in Scripture

• Uphold and teach Dispensational Theology

• Partner with church leadership to nurture our community's spiritual growth

• Help equip members for ministry and discipleship

Ideal Qualifications

• Seminary training or equivalent biblical education

• Experience in pastoral ministry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Heart for discipleship and mentoring

• Alignment with our theological position and mission

Flexibility

While this position is bi-vocational/part-time, we recognize God's calling comes in many forms. We're open to creative arrangements that honor both your calling and our congregation's needs. We value work-life balance and understand the unique challenges and opportunities of bi-vocational ministry.
